US Talent Academy No Refund Policy, Effective Date: 24 hours After Purchase. At US Talent Academy, we strive to provide exceptional training and resources for aspiring professionals in film, singers for live events and performances, voice artists, and modeling.
1. General Policy
At US Talent Academy, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of training and resources. Due to the nature of our services and the significant amount of preparation and resources required, we maintain a strict no refund policy 24 hours after purchase. This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to courses, workshops, private coaching sessions, includes photoshoot if that applies, and any other offerings provided by US Talent Academy.
2. Non-Refundable Services
All purchases of services, including but not limited to the following, are non-refundable:
Course enrollments
Workshop fees
Private coaching sessions
Online training programs
Resource materials and study guides
Memberships and subscriptions
Photoshoots (if applicable)
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients who need to cancel or reschedule any booked service must do so within the 6 month time frames specified below. However, please note that cancellations do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.
Courses and Workshops: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the start date.
Private Coaching Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frames will result in forfeiture of the service without any refund or credit.
4. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered in extraordinary circumstances, at the sole discretion of US Talent Academy. Such exceptions may include, but are not limited to:
- Severe illness or injury (verified by medical documentation)
- Family emergencies (verified by appropriate documentation)
- Relocation out of the country where the time zone is during class is during work or normal sleep hours is where access to academy is no longer feasible.
All exceptions are at the sole discretion of US Talent Academy management.
All exception requests must be submitted in writing and accompanied by relevant supporting documentation. US Talent Academy reserves the right to approve or deny any exception request.
5. Transfer Requests
In most cases, participants may request to transfer into a different Certification or program. Contact Liz McCaffrey at 435-901-1723 or 801-688-3773. Transfer requests are subject to academy approval and can be submitted in writing at least 10 days before the program start date to [email protected].
6. Policy Changes
US Talent Academy reserves the right to modify or update this No Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
7. Refund Policy
The US Talent Academy refund policy is full rate (- credit card charges) within 24 hours of purchase. By registering for the US Talent Academy “Yearly Membership,” which is a 12 month contract, and you are committing financial for the 12 months. In the case, there is a breech in contract, there will be a $599 penalty fee. In the case, there is a family emergency, and you may need to delay workshops for up to 90 days/3 months, you may “freeze” each month by paying the additional $45/month admin fee.
8. Academy Initiated Cancellations
- If the US Talent Academy cancels a program, participants will be offered the option to transfer to another Certification or receive a full credit toward a different program. Refunds will not be issued.
- If US Talent Academy cancels a program, event, or class included in your membership, alternative options such as rescheduling or equivalent credits will be offered. Refunds are not provided for canceled services included in the membership.
9. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in any program or membership with US Talent Academy, members acknowledge and accept this refund policy. This policy ensures the sustainability of our programs and fairness to all participants. Please also note that the yearly program does not include private sessions, only group sessions.
